Hampton By Hilton London Docklands Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We appreciated the comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. The location was also convenient for exploring London. The only downside was the pricey bar drinks. we recommend Hampton for a comfortable stay.

As bike riders, we were impressed by the hotel's bike storage facilities and easy access to nearby cycling paths. The modern and clean rooms exceeded our expectations, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs, and the included breakfast provided a great start to our day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is very close to the train station and the DLR, making it easy to get to the city center. It is also conveniently located opposite London City Airport. Plus, it's close enough to the city center without being in a noisy area. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, providing quick check-in. The breakfast selection was amazing and there were even options for guests with dietary restrictions. The hotel also had good security measures in place.

The housekeeping service seemed to be lacking, as there were instances where they ignored a do not disturb sign and tried to force the door open, causing damage. there were delays in getting clean towels and toilet paper, and communication between reception and housekeeping appeared to be an issue.

The hotel had a great buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was modern and clean, with nice views. The location was convenient, with the nearest tube station just a short walk away.

The towels were not changed during my two-night stay. It would have been helpful if there were better signposts to the hotel, as it was a bit confusing to find.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering its location out of the city center. The staff showed great attention to detail, providing us with special items that we would expect from a hotel of this class. The rooms had excellent facilities, with beautiful views across the river from the London airport. We were especially impressed with the breakfast options, including the waffle maker that our daughter loved.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
